Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

The scope of work of this renovation is to renovate both bathrooms of the house. In one bathroom the existing bidet and toilet are to be removed and only the toilet is to be reinstalled in a new location. The half bath is to be converted into a full bath. The toilet, sink, and mirror are to be removed. The toilet, mirror, and a new sink with vanity are to be installed in a new location. The existing closet is to be widened. A new shower is to be installed in the widened closet. In the existing half bath, an 84" x 34" window with sill at 0" from the finish floor is to be removed. A 30" x 36" window is to be installed with sill at 60" from the finish floor.
