Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

We will effect repairs to remedy Violations cited in Notice of Violation Case Number : 22-01718. The bricks on the right side of the building show mortar damage and/or brick deterioration. We shall tuck point the brick left facade using VCC approved mortar and replace in kind bricks that have severely deteriorated. The property shows stucco damage and several cracks. We shall patch problematic areas with compatible stucco approved by the VCC. The front awning will be repaired and will be repainted. The front shutters are deteriorated; we propose to restore the existing shutters and repaint them. The front and side facades will be repainted using the following color scheme : Stucco Color : Farrow & Ball No. 74 Citron - Shutter Color : Farrow & Ball No. 93 Studio Green - Iron work : farrow & Ball No. 256 Pitch Black - Underside of Awning : Farrow & Ball No. 1 Lime White
