VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to roof as per materials stamped VCC approved 04/24/2025. Work includes:
• Removal of existing roofing materials and installation of all new 16” x 10” Black Samaca slate above “Unit 5” as shown on the plans
• Replacement of various internal gutter systems with new gray TPO gutter systems
• Re-flashing various parapet walls with new copper step flashing and counter flashing
• Various slate repairs at other roofs to match the existing slate
• Installation of new copper gutters in locations indicated on plans
• 
Note: Trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs
 Permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapets, chimneys or surrounding walls
Torch-applied roofing is not permitted in the Vieux Carré.
