This is a permit for a Certificate of Appropriateness from the HDLC to complete the issues listed on a letter from the HDLC which sited the property as demolition by neglect. It is important to note that this application is for 1537-39 Euterpe, which is a single parcel of record (with two address and four units), and a single building. We received a letter for 1539 Euterpe, but I do not think I have to file separate applications for the work to be completed on the same building and parcel of record with two addresses, but please let me know if I need to.
