VCC General Work Permit

To remove and replace rear flat roof.
To supply and install new Durolast PVC/TPO gray flat roof membrane with heat welded seams.
To bring the membrane to the walls and fabricate and install copper counter flashing.
To remove and replace the front modified bitumen internal gutter system.
To remove the slate as from above the gutter and install new gray TPO internal gutter system with heat welded seams.
To reinstall slate with a copper drip edge which will eliminate having to remove slate if the gutter system ever needs to be replaced.
Metal cap-flashing on the parapets or chimneys is not allowed
Note: Trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs. All work must conform to standard VCC policies & guidelines. Permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapets, chimneys or surrounding walls. Torch-applied roofing is not permitted in the Vieux Carré.

All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure.
