Addition of 4 recessed soffit lights to front of house to add lighting for security purposes. A black architectural grill will be added to cover each recessed light. Existing 2 gas lanterns will be removed from soffit as (1) they are leaking gas and dangerous, (2) they are not original to the house, and (3) they do not provide sufficient lighting that is necessary for security purposes. See attached house photo from 2017 showing the gas lanterns are not original.

Replace gutter along front facade of house and associated downspout. Existing gutter is corroded and peeling paint. It will be replaced with 1/2 round aluminum gutter.
