VCC General Work Permit

To renovate building and install new rooftop mechanical equipment as per Architecture Committee approval of 11/12/2024 and materials stamped VCC approved 04/09/2025. Work includes:
• Demolition of courtyard mechanical equipment, ductwork, and storage room walls
• Construction of new structural frame for mechanical equipment on the roof.
• NOTE: Rack to be constructed with the top of the rack at a height of 1’9” measured behind the parapet on the St. Louis side of the building as per revised detail on A-206.1.
• Installation of electric water heaters, condensing units, exhaust fan, and new DOAS unit on new mechanical rack
• Installation of new rooftop mechanical equipment near the Royal St. edge of the building
• Construction of two new chases at the Bourbon St. edge of the roof
