Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

-This permit is intended to permit restoration via like for like replacement of 3/4" double beaded tongue and groove planks utilized as sheathing as apart of (2) exterior bay windows; as well as the exterior stop trim around the bay window store front glass. -This permit is also intended to permit the like for like fabrication and installation of Storm Shutters across (4) exterior doors lining the Dauphine Street side; as well as (1) 'like for like' covering over the carriage entrance. -(3) downspouts along the same dauphine street side will have elbows added to divert water away from the structure. -Masonry work will also be performed in order to remediate a crack in the stucco.
