The main property at 1130 Dauphine Street has a natural "sea-green" slate roof installed on the roof slope facing Dauphine street. The rear-facing slope of the main property, as well as the detached servants quarters, have synthetic "Fire-Free" roofing systems installed upon them. We wish to remove the synthetic Fire-Free roofs on both structures at this property and replace them with "sea-green" S1-Grade natural slate roofs to match the existing slate on the front roof-slope of the main property. We will remove, clean and reinstall the historic ridge tile. This property has a balcony over the public sidewalk, but our roofing work will be done exclusively on the other side (facing the river) of the building.
