Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Renovation of existing CSTR to bring building to commercial transient stay building code compliance (sprinkled, etc.) for future conversion to hotel after all adjacent building renovations are completed in order to finalize pending resubdivision (SD003-24). This is not a change of use at this time. A change of use permit will be filed when resubdivision is recorded and in effect to convert nine CSTRs located at 1401, 1405, 1409, 1413, 1417, and 1421 Carondelet Street along with 1714, 1720, 1724, 1728, and 1732 Thalia Street to one hotel use. The CSTR permits will be closed and one hotel occupational license will be issued.
All work to be done as per plans.
