VCC General Work Permit

To renovate building in conjunction with a change of use to permitted marijuana retailer, per Architecture Committee approval of 08/13/2024, Vieux Carre Commission approval of 08/21/2024, and materials stamped VCC approved 03/27/2025. Work includes:
• Installation of mechanical equipment on the flat roof of the brown-rated rear building including new generator, air conditioners, and outdoor air units
• Installation of new dome style security cameras on the underside of the balcony on the Bourbon St. elevation
• Installation of new card readers at two entrance doors on the Bourbon St. elevation

NOTE: Any exterior painting and any signage to be permitted separately.
