Renovation (Structural) Permit

Partial renovation of an existing homeless support center. Phase 2 of a phased renovation - phase 1 expected to be complete mid February. Improvements will be made to replace temporary trailers and associated raised deck + roof cover with permanent structures, raised deck, and roof cover. Plans indicate extent of demolition and new construction; several existing trailers, buildings, stairs, deck, and roof will remain in place outside of the area of work, and the center will remain operational throughout construction. New work includes new administration facilities and counselor rooms, including offices, consultation rooms, check-in, and work space - all connected by a raised deck and roof.
