VCC General Work Permit

Repair Conti-side dormer following interior framing repairs, and install new finials at Royal and Conti-side dormers, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 03/14/2025. Dormer repairs to include:
correction of roof pitch, shingle and ridge tile replacement, all to match existing
Replace deteriorated/missing millwork at cheek walls to match existing
Replace upper sash and repair lower sash, to match details of Royal-side dormer. Wood to be red grandis, with true divided lites and single glazing. Muntin profile, lite proportion, etc. to match existing.
Repair semicircular fan to match existing
Replace missing finials with wood and polycarbonate as per mockup reviewed at Commission.
Paint all to match existing.
