Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Build custom shower stall in existing bathroom to replace bathtub. The old bathtub will be removed and the plumbing drainage and water supply valve will be updated for the new shower head assembly, handle, and drain plate. Schluter kerdi waterproofing system will be utilized as the substrate for finish tiles. The new shower stall will feature a single small niche recessed shelf as well as a sliding glass door. The shower stall will be grouted and caulked. The existing toilet will be removed and reinstalled during the duration of the project. Drywall and paint will be repaired and finished around stall area as needed.
