VCC General Work Permit

To replace imitation Firefree Shingle and flat roof.
To install North Country Natural Slate roof with all new copper flashings.
To fabricate and install new copper step flashing and counter flashing.
To replace modified bitumen flat roof with new dark gray DuroLast PVC Roof.
Metal cap-flashing on the parapets or chimneys is not allowed.
Note: Trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs. All work must conform to standard VCC policies & guidelines. Permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapets, chimneys or surrounding walls. Torch-applied roofing is not permitted in the Vieux Carré.


All work per scope of work stamped VCC approved 3/14/25.
