Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Close hole from old vent, in kitchen wall. Install wood siding on exterior of house where closed from old vent. Fur out wall to move out where stove is going. Remove window on wall and frame in. Install wood siding on exterior of house where framed in previous window. Run new electrical with new outlets and can lights in kitchen. dining area. Install electrical for drop lights above peninsula. Run new plumbing where needed for new placement of appliances in kitchen. Install new sheetrock, tape, float and prime sheetrock in kitchen/dining area. Paint 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint on kitchen/dining room walls, ceiling and trim. Owners to choose colors. Install tile flooring picked out by owners, in kitchen. After cabinets and countertops are installed by other contractor, we will tile backsplash where indicated in kitchen, (Behind stove)
