VCC General Work Permit

To repair/replace windows of main building including modifications at seven (7) openings, as per Architecture Committee approval of 02/28/2025 and materials stamped VCC approved 03/06/2025. Work includes:
• Repairs to match existing for twenty-five existing windows including temporary removal, reglazing, painting, weatherstripping, and reinstallation
• Removal of lower panels at four opening with a new sash to be installed in place of the panel to restore the window to a triple hung condition
• Replacement of window components modified in order to create doors at three openings with the openings to be restored to trip hung windows
