Renovation (Structural) Permit

I want to replace two metal rods installed by the previous owner, with a wooden column which will match the other two (left and right sides of porch). I have found the column at a salvage/restoration shop (Ricca's), and it will be repaired before installation. Its dimensions match the two currently there at approximately 9'0" tall, and 12" in diameter. A concrete base will be built to match the other two as well. I've included pictures of the salvaged purchased column, the front of my home showing all three columns, and also a stamped photo from a licensed engineer, Mr. Ashton Avegno Jr., after his review of the property. I have spoken to a contractor, NOLA Concrete LLC, to complete the work once a permit has been obtained. However, I could not find them in your database. Thank you for your help. (837-39 Tupelo St)
