VCC General Work Permit

To renovate and make repairs to building as per Architecture Committee approval of 01/28/2025 and materials stamped VCC approved 02/17/2025. Work includes:
• Removal of all existing electrical conduit, floodlights, and outlets from the Dauphine elevation
• Installation of four new can light fixtures centered over the ground floor openings. All fixtures shall use lamps with the following criteria: 3000K color temperature, 80+ color rendering index, and 600-800 lumens per bulb
• Repairs to damaged balconies and soffits to match existing
• Repair/replacement of wood balcony outriggers at rear service ell balcony as per plans
• Replacement of balcony decking and columns to match existing
• Replacement of balcony guardrail to match existing with the exception that the balusters are to be re-spaced to meet building code
