Fully renovate house and demo/rebuild garage for a finished space of 2328sf under roof, per plans, attached. General contractor is SAF Construction. SAF has also applied for a Flood Protection Agency permit because house is located within the 1500 feet of the levee. Structural changes to the house include removing a 30 foot long center wall so that space is open the the roofline. Other minor changes are identified on the architect's plans. Engineering foundation plans are also attached, along with a current survey.

*FINAL INSPECTION* FEMA EC BFE +8.6 NAVD to include the garage entrance if it serves as the laundry room. The garage must have compliant flood openings and may never be used as living space.

01/16/24: Garage eliminated from scope of work. Revised plans and cost estimate submitted.
