VCC General Work Permit

PHASE TWO WORK CORRESPONDING TO PERMIT 21-277787-VCGEN:
To address violations cited in case 21-08741-DBNVCC, including correction of demolition by neglect issues, replacement millwork, and masonry repair, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 11/11/2022.

**NOTE: MILLWORK CONCEPTUALLY APPROVED, SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS FOR VCC REVIEW PRIOR TO FABRICATION & APPROVAL

All mortar to be mixed using the VCC recipe (attached) with a maximum of 1 part Portland Cement, to 3 parts lime, to 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted.

11/11/2022 NOTE: WORK RETROACTIVELY SPLIT INTO TWO PHASES TO ALLOW FOR OCCUPANCY. 21-27787-VCGEN IS PHASE ONE. SEE CORRESPONDING DRAWINGS STAMPED VCC APPROVED 11/11/2022 SHOWING SCOPE OF WORK REQUIRED FOR PHASE TWO, 22-31968-VCGEN.

VIOLATIONS CITED IN CASE 21-08741-DBNVCC HAVE NOT BEEN RESOLVED AND REMAIN OUTSTANDING.

WORK ON THIS PERMIT MUST BEGIN WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OR THE PROPERTY WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO FINES.
