This is a second application for the described project and is a follow up to permit application 24-36063-NEWC. The described fourplex development takes advantage of a recent Text Amendment allowing for two detached residential duplexes, two primary structures, and the proposed development complies with the requirements of that Text Amendment. We have been advised that each structure requires its own permit, therefore this is a separate additional permit submission for the rear duplex. THIS IS AN APPLICATION FOR ONE 2 FAMILY OF A PROPOSED TWO 2 FAMILY STRUCTURE.
