Renovation (Structural) Permit

This permit includes exterior construction of a brick fence around the rear yard, a wood fence along the side yard, a covered deck in the rear yard attached to the main house, and an outdoor fireplace adjacent to the deck. The brick fence and wood fence would be 8' tall for privacy reasons. I have spoken with my neighbors and they like this improvement (there is currently a chain link metal fence on my property, so I will be replacing that). The covered deck in the rear yard will form an L against the main house. Please let me know if I need to be submitting a different type of permit for these items. Also, I have already made a trip to the city planning office and spoke with Tonya and April in January; they said that my plans do not violate city zoning requirements as far as they could see.
