Renovation (Structural) Permit

The scope of work includes the demolition and reconstruction of fire damaged portion of the one-story pre-engineered metal storage building as indicated on the drawings, including:
a. Remove and replacement of prefinished metal roof and wall panels.
b. Replacement of cold formed steel roof purlins, channel columns and miscellaneous framing channels.
c. Hollow metal frames and doors, including storage locker coiling overhead doors and corrugated metal swing doors.
d. Replacement of vinyl faced batt insulation at underside of roof system.
e. Replacement of electrical distribution panels, conduits, conductors, lighting, power and special systems.
f. Replacement of mechanical split systems and ductwork.
