Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Replacement in kind of an air-cooled chiller which is used for comfort cooling of the hotel. This is to remove the existing machine from the roof of the building, furnish and install a new one closely matching tonnage and size. It sits outdoors and no penetrations of any type will be created or altered. The existing electrical feed will be removed from the old chiller and connect to the the new one. Minor piping will be done and there will be some insulation re-cover exposed piping.
