VCC General Work Permit

To retain or modify items in deviation of approved plans, per Architecture Committee approval of 11/12/2024 and materials stamped VCC approved 01/06/2025. Work includes:
• Replacement of K style gutters and rectangular downspouts with new half round gutters and round downspouts. Gutters and downspouts to be painted to match the overhang fascia
• Retain increase in thickness/structure of the two second floor balconies on the Bourbon St. elevation of the main building
• Replace door of rear building modified in deviation of the approved plans with new board and batten shutters
• Replace/retain wall mounted light fixtures on wall of rear building. Fixture housings to be painted to match the adjacent building wall. All fixtures shall use lamps with the following criteria: 3000K color temperature, 80+ color rendering index, and 800-1200 lumens per bulb

NOTE: Retention of roof mounted mechanical equipment and exterior sprinkler lines on rear building not approved for retention under this permit.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
