Our Scope is to renovate this building to make it safe - Replacing/repairing Foundation Piers & Sill Beams, Removing & Replacing front concrete steps with brick steps and iron handrail, Refurbishing front porch deck boards, Replace front porch handrail in kind, Front crawl space under porch to be bricked, Refurbishing all windows (If some window need replacement we will use new wood windows the same size & profile), Relocating back door & installing a handicap ramp & back deck, Refurbishing yard fence, Refurbishing front facade in kind - minor rot repairs, Replacing all left, back & right elevation siding - 4" Hardie lap siding, Full exterior paint (Siding to be BMOC 45 Swiss Coffee, windows & doors to be SW Tricorn Black), Re framing interior - see attached plans, New gutters, & New roof
