Scope of work is to convert an existing 3-unit multi-family dwelling into a two-family dwelling. Demolition of 48% of the existing rear roof structure and build a new construction second floor camelback addition to rear portion of home where roof removed. New camelback addition to be 881 square feet per architectural plans. Existing home to be raised to base flood elevation per plans with new spread footings, piers, and sills prior to framing the second floor addition. Existing first floor to be remodeled per plans. New kitchen (x2), bathrooms (x4), interior doors, sheetrock, etc. to be installed and building delivered "move-in-ready".
