HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

This application is for the HDLC COFA for the front of the house only. All other work has already been approved under Permit #23-28159-RNVS. The front façade was pulled off the original permit because the HDLC had to approve these new changes. All the supporting documents including the contract and descriptions can be found under Permit #23-28159-RNVS. For this application I have submitted the new approved front facade. I cannot upload the contract to this because of its size. We had technical issues the last time so someone at saftey and permits had to break it up into 30 attachments and they uploaded it to the one stop shop.
