VCC General Work Permit

To retain and modify courtyard elements originally constructed without benefit of VCC review or approval, per Architecture Committee approval of 09/10/2024 and materials stamped VCC approved 12/19/2024. Work includes:
• Retention of trellis structure with the existing synthetic posts to be wrapped with 1x cedar boards and the lattice to be cedar with a solid stain applied
• Retention of 8’ wide x 2’ deep x 7’ tall shed
• Installation of brick paving on an area of concrete slab measuring 8’ x 12’

NOTE: This permit is to resolve a violation concerning work begun without a permit for which a STOP WORK ORDER was issued. Work shall commence no more than 30 days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work.
