Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

we are doing work in response to violation case number 21-06376-VCCNOP. We are doing the requested work on the gutters, stucco, windows, removing vegetation, re-painting rear building shutters. The other violations (lighting, speakers, security cameras, entry hardware and sign violation) will be remedied by the tenant within 30 days. They are in contact with Foster Awnings to replace their awning with one that is VCC approved.


THIS PERMIT IS LIMITED TO STUCCO, GUTTERS, WINDOWS, REMOVAL OF VEGETATION, AND PAINTING.
