Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Repairing/replacing damage to exterior of the home due to hurricane Ida damage and rot. Adding onlays to the exterior of the home so that it matches other comparable homes in the neighborhood . Hurricane Ida repairs include front and side porches (floor, ceiling, banister, spindles, railings and columns). Repair done to side fence to secure property after hurricane Ida knocked the fence over. I have provided examples of similar homes in my neighborhood, that I based my repairs and renovation work on. We were not aware the home was on the Historic designation list. We also were under the impression that the contractors obtained any needed permits. Our contractors were not aware the home was designated as Historic either. All work has been completed.
