Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Remove and replace one damaged window in kitchen. Install new window to match header height of all existing windows on right side of home. Window to be replace with like vinyl material with exterior mounted muntins to match existing style as per HDLC guidelines. Replace two sheets of rotted plywood and replace smooth hardy siding as needed. Replace windows casing in kind. Paint.
