VCC General Work Permit

Replace roof system on rear, two story portion 2:12 slope roof of orange rated building, as follows:
Remove existing synthetic slate system and replace rotten/damaged decking. Install new 1/2" HD polyiso insulation. Install new 26 gauge painted steel perimeter flashing around the outer perimeter and where roof meets the wall. Install gray TPO membrane system according to manufacturer's instructions.

Note: Trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs
 All work must conform to standard VCC policies & guidelines
 Permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapets, chimneys or surrounding walls
Torch-applied roofing is not permitted in the Vieux Carré.
