VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to the Dauphine elevation of the main building as per materials stamped VCC approved 11/14/2024. Work includes:
• Installing temporary bracing as needed to facilitate the removal and replacement of bricks in an area approximately 15’ x 20’
• Perform similar repairs in five additional areas of the wall, each measuring approximately 5’ x 6’
• Any replacement bricks to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure
• Re-stucco the wall/repair areas to match existing as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Paint wall to match existing color/sheen

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
