DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Siding:
Exterior
- Remove the breaker panel for both sides of the house. Install a temp pole.
- File with the city to disconnect the power.
- Remove all the siding plywood, soffit, and fascia
- Replace new plywood for all the exterior walls.
- Install any missing insulation on the exterior walls.
- Replace new siding with cement hardie boards.
- Replace soffit and fascia with like materials - Seal and paint all the siding. soffit, and fascia
- Repair the back deck on the right side of the house.
Interior
Paint:
- Seal all the trims and moldings.
- Paint all the walls, ceiling, doors, and trims.
Drywall:
- Install new drywall in the back of the house, where the drywall is missing.
- Tape, mud, float, sand, and texture.
Floor:
- Repair the damaged floor in the living room.
