VCC General Work Permit

Repair cracks in stucco including any located in alleyway and adjacent to front entrance doors, per materials stamped VCC approved 11/13/2024. Work includes:
• Removal of loose or cracked stucco up to 6” on either side of the crack
• Infilling the crack with mortar mixed as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Repairing the stucco (including matching the pebbledash finish) as per VCC standard details

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
