5. Vegetation growing on building – all vegetation should be carefully removed (ensuring removal process does not compromise integrity of structural members or building envelope). It looks like most of the vegetation is at the base of the building. If you would like to keep plants at this area you can consider moveable planter pots – however, vegetation on the building impacts the masonry and mortar and compromises its integrity which can also allow moisture to enter the building or to accelerate the deterioration.

Deteriorated masonry and/or stucco – appears to be for deteriorated mortar conditions, some areas of missing brick, and issues with water being allowed to run down the wall which may be accelerating the masonry deterioration, for example.
