New Construction Permit

AGRICULTURAL USE WITH ACCESSORY STRUCTURE - This permit application is being submitted in order to begin using a currently vacant lot as a garden and growing space. The lot as it stands has no structures and utilities. The proposed work is to construct a simple covered storage area, install a power pole with permanent security lighting, construct raised planter beds for growing, The projected cost of all improvements is included in the attached cost plan. The proposed site layout is attached as well. Additionally attached is scans of an affidavit claiming exemption from licensure. The original can be brought to the permit office whenever required.
