Remove old shingles and felt down to bare decking. Replace any rotten decking. Install OC Rhino synthetic felt over main body installing two (2) layers of felt to meet code. Install OC Rhino ice and water in valleys, around chimneys and/or dormers, around all penetrations. Install GAF 60 mil white TPO in dead valley. Install drip edge and OC starter plus starter on all eves, rakes and bends. Install OC Duration architectural shingles (approximately 28 squares with waste on body of roof. (Color Estate Grey). Install OC pro edge on all hips and ridges. Install new plumbing boots. Install three (3) lamanco 750 vents for ventilation. Install new 8" kitchen goose neck vent. Reinstall old ridge tiles and point with cenent to seal. Haul away all project debris.
