Renovation (Structural) Permit

FIRE DAMAGE REPAIRS - Project includes all materials, labor, equipment, supplies, overhead, profit, etc. for fire damage repairs to 30’x 30’ auxiliary room located in the residential home at 4445 Dale St. New Orleans, LA 70114, that including, but is not limited to framing repair, lite electrical repair, drywall, doors, windows and flooring replacement, plumbing repair, painting and all other appurtenances needed for completely repair the damage. All work shell be performed in accordance with approve cost estimate (list below)

*FINAL INSPECTION* Need updated EC with new pictures showing repaired structure and BFE -2.0 NAVD for structure and M&E (AC platform needed to be raised)
