VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to the building and correct violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 10/31/2024. Work includes:
• Removing all vegetation growing from the building
• Replacing broken bricks with new bricks that match existing in color, size, porosity, and density
• Tuck pointing the upper floors of the Clinton elevation as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Repair cracks in stucco as per VCC standard details
• Repair wood and stucco molding to match existing
• Replace sections of missing downspout to match existing

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
