HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

Repair of cracked and hurricane IDA damaged stucco, repointing or replacement of damaged bricks or mortar joints in kind with like materials and using the HDLC approved mortar mix, replace rotting damaged fascia at top of front facade with treated 2x12 to be painted, metal wrap banded flashing to be removed, salvaged, and reinstalled after fascia replacement and stucco work completion. Removal of hurricane damaged shutters on second story window above front entry door to facilitate use of scaffolding. Painting and repairing shutters and replacement of shutters once scaffolding is removed. One shutter of the pair is beyond repair, to be milled new using it's partner as a template, constructed of spanish cedar, painted, and reinstalled.
