VCC General Work Permit

To address violations at 810 N Rampart cited in violation case 22-01469-DBNVCC, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 10/28/2024, including (but not limited to):
Replace balcony decking per attached VCC typical detail sheet no. 12.
Replace inappropriate single lite sashes with new true divided lite, single glazed sashes to match each opening. Must be Spanish cedar or mahogany. All millwork to match existing in color, size, reveal, material, detail, profile, function, attachment and exposure.
Remove inappropriate light fixtures and install new "dmf X series" 6.5" surface mount lights, one centered on each gallery bay. Paint to match adjacent surface to minimize visibility.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
