VCC General Work Permit

To renovate buildings and install new mechanical equipment as per Architecture Committee approval of 07/23/2024 and materials stamped VCC approved 10/28/2024. Work includes:
• Construction of new planters in the courtyard
• Installation of two new air conditioning units under the exterior stairs of the carriage house building and one additional unit on a new independent metal stand behind the service ell building
• Installation of new roof rack with new rooftop kitchen exhaust fans and make-up air vent
• Construction of new metal stairs on the side of the rear carriage house building
• Construction of new wood lattice screen at side alley of the carriage house building
• Modifications and installation of new millwork on the service ell

NOTE: Installation of storm windows behind second floor windows of the carriage house building not approved under this permit. To be removed from the scope of work or permitted separately.
