Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

- Repair/replace 5/4” wood tongue and groove porch decking as necessary.
- Replace lower porch skirt. Repair/replace damaged upper porch soffit and fascia.
Replicate existing denticulated cornice.
- Replace absent upper porch railings. Railing posts will be of a doric pillar design.
- Replace existing porch columns with doric pillars. Pillar design will match upper railing posts.
- Install handrail for building entry steps.
- Re-establish missing entry alcove doors.
- Replace existing wrought iron fencing with more ornate antique wrought iron fencing. Install
fencing posts at each property line extent that match existing posts at entry gate.
- Replaced damaged and missing weather boarding with smooth Hardi-type plank material. Maintain
existing reveal.
- Replace missing building soffit.
- Replace missing building gutter downspouts.
