Project Scope:
The planned renovation will include various updates to the interior of the unit with no planned exterior work.
Installation of interior shutters to patio glass sliding doors (three sliding shutters panels), and 3 seperate three window shutters
Throughout the condo, every paintable surface will be painted: ceiling, walls, kitchen cabinets, doors, and trim.
The doors and their casements / trim will be replaced (total count: 7), as well as new window sills and baseboards.
Various small repairs or updates will be performed, for example, updating the AC thermostat to a Smart thermostat, installing weatherstripping on the front door on the interior side, removal of undesirable wood trim above the fireplace, hiding two TV wires behind the drywall, etc.
New light fixtures (total count: 6) and recessed lighting (total count: 5) , and one bathroom vent fan will be installed (replacement of current one). Besides updating the fixtures themselves, the only other planned electrical work is for eliminating a set of switches located by the kitchen island which are 3-way operated, which wiring are sourced from another nearby set of switches by the island.
