VCC General Work Permit

To repair/replace balcony elements throughout the property as per materials stamped VCC approved 10/27/2022. Work includes:
• On the Chartres St. elevation balcony of the main building - Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards.
• Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5/4x4 wood T&G floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with ½" bead, all as per VCC Standard Detail Sheet No. 12 (included)

• In the courtyard facing balconies - Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, fascia boards, and deteriorated beaded wood outriggers.
• Install new matching wood outriggers, matching stringers, 5/4x4 wood T&G floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with ½" bead.
