VCC General Work Permit

To prepare for painting by washing using a low water pressure (400 psi max) and/or sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used), making minor millwork and masonry repairs as necessary to match existing conditions (masonry mix must be soft, with maximum Portland cement content not to exceed 1 part to 12) and to paint as follows to match existing conditions:
ALL WORK TO MATCH EXISITNG
to paint all exterior trim to match existing (trim, windows, doors, iron work)
minor stucco repair where needed using VCC approved stucco mix ; replace deterioated wood trim to match existing and paint to match existing
Failure to exactly match permit specified colors will result in a VCC violation and mandated repainting.
This permit prohibits the application of the following exterior coating materials and paints: sealers, ceramic coatings/paints, elastomeric coatings/paints, waterproofing/water repellent coatings.
