Remove vinyl windows and screens on the 2nd floor side windows of the main building. Remove plexiglass installed over the two transom windows above the front doors. Install new, wood, six over six, true divided glass, wood windows per VCC approved (05/06/2022) drawing. One on each 2nd floor side windows of the main building. Install real glass within the oval casements of the transom windows above the front doors. Remove exterior light fixture(s) installed on the roof soffit. Install one (1) light fixture behind each of the four (4) soffit vents. The soffit vents are NOT to be altered. Colored or color changing bulbs are NOT allowed. Replace all damaged or cited shutter hinges with “Clarks Tip” hinges. Remove cited “handles” and other impermissible door hardware installed at front doors. Install traditional, bronze, round, doorknobs, no visible locking hardware, at the appropriate Code compliant height. Retain exhaust vent installed on rear of main building. Remove metal chimney caps installed on chimneys. Installed “mortar cap” over chimneys. Repair, repoint masonry. Remove damaged wood weather boards. Install new natural wood weather boards. Roof replacement with natural slate. Replace damaged gutter on the Burgundy elevation.
